Crafting Progress through Creativity and Connection: Leading the Way at IBM

From the outset of my IBM adventure, I've immersed myself in various roles, including client management, marketing, software, and consulting. My trajectory took a transformative turn in 2013 with the Global IBMer program, steering me through Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. Each endeavor has honed my expertise in customer experience, digital transformation, and innovative design, all while leading dynamic teams and forging alliances with renowned brands.

A decade into this expedition, I've returned to my Roman roots.

 

As a cornerstone of the IBM iX Global Center of Competence and the extended Global Leadership team, I drive transformative strategies for our global clients. My zeal for reimagining customer experiences seamlessly aligns with the dynamic potential of the IBM Garage, ensuring swift and impactful outcomes.

In my first exciting role at IBM, I helped drive workforce mobility transformation across Italy, Spain, Portugal, Israel, Greece, and Turkey. Assessed employee roles, provided tools for remote work, and increased productivity. Re-evaluated office space needs for IBM and affiliates, enabling teams to be closer to clients, work remotely, and improve capital and operational expenses.
